  • All teams to entered into Draw
  • Only Round 1 and Round 2 will be drawn.
  • In Round 1, the first pair drawn will be (A), the second pair drawn will be (B) and so on.
  • The last team to be drawn in Round 2 will receive a bye. This team must play in Round 3.

The procedures to avoid repeat pairings will be carried out in the following way:-

The second team drawn shall go down to take the next available position in the Draw and will play against the next drawn.

If the last two teams in the Draw are a repeat pairing

Original Draw

Taking the last 4 teams in the Draw as (1), (2), (3) and (4), the Draw has resulted in

                                    (1) v (2)

                                    (3) v (4)

Alternative 1

If (3) and (4) are a repeat pairing– the Draw is changed to read:-

(1) v (4)

(3) v (2)

Alternative 2

(1) v (3)

(2) v (4)

If neither alternative works the pairings to remain as first drawn.
