U8 & U10 Monster Blitz Programme 2013

Coiste Oiliúna are pleased to announce details of the first of our county-wide Blitz series for 2013.

On Saturday April 20^th seven venues around the county will see Monster Blitzes take place in Fé 10 football.

Blitz venues for this date are listed below along with the coordinator for each venue.

To enter, you will need to either text or email the appointed contact for Blitz centres to ensure your club is included.

The details required are

1.    Club Name

2.    Team Manager phone and e-mail details

3.    Number of teams being entered. (Games are 9 a side)

Blitz 1

Assembly        10am

Game 1           10.30am

Game 2           11am

Game 3           11.30am

End                 12pm

Blitz 2 (if entries are excessive)

Assembly        1pm

Game 1           1.30pm

Game 2           2pm

Game 3           2.30pm

End                 3pm

The overall U8 and U10 programme and appropriate skills/rules for the year have been sent to all clubs.

Games Development Administrators will be in touch with clubs closer to the date of each Blitz to confirm your entry and all clubs are encouraged to enter at some venue around the county.

Monster U10 Blitzes*

Monster Blitz on the third Saturday of every month for six months April - September

Six Blitzes in total

*All teams would also play U10 mini leagues organized by their regional board as before.

Two Monster Blitzes per month for four months  May - August

Monster Blitz on the second (football) & fourth (hurling) Saturday of every month
