COACHING AND GAMES ACTIVITIES THIS WEEK 9TH SEPTEMBER 2013

A summary of the main activities being worked on this week are as follows :

The main event of the week will occur on Saturday in St Vincents with the culmination of the Féile Sproai Iomáint fé 10 Blitzes.
Over the months of May, June and July the leagues have been played out with some excellent games for clubs in the East and City areas.
Coordinator Paudie O Brien is busy preparing the groupings for this weekends Blitzes and with 40 teams participating there will be a great buzz at the north side venue this weekend.
Sticking with the City area and the u 13's programme continues this week with football on Monday and Hurling on Wednesday.
The North Mon AG and Christians will continue with their coaching programmes on Tuesday and Wednesday with Paudie O Brien.

Foundation Courses take place in Carrigaline Community School on Monday and Friday in Crosshaven C.S. with Martin Coleman. Out of these courses, it is hoped that the students will either coach in their local Primary Schools or organise first year blitzes in the school.
Martin will commence his coaching programme in Kinsale C.S. on Tuesday and will also visit Grenagh Juvenile section on Saturday to discuss club planning and club nursery programmes.

Sean Crowley has a busy schedule also with Post Primary Blitzes in Midleton on Tuesday and Thursday, Youghal on Tuesday. Club visits to Cobh and informal meetings with other clubs on Lee Flag.

The East and North (Avondhu/Duhallow) Fé 13 hurlers will be in Ballyhooly on Saturday with both A and B panels attending for development games.
The West Fé 13 hurlers will be training on Saturday under the watchful eyes of Kevin O Donovan and Martin Coleman.

James MacCarthy will be in Rossa College on Monday, Clonakilty C.C. on Wednesday, Hamilton High School on Friday.
Carbery-Beara U 13 footballers will be out in Bantry on Saturday as part of their overall Winter Coaching Programme.
